I’ve been working in the mental health profession as an Individual and Family Therapist for over 20 years. I help women and girls change self-destructive habits and behaviors, heal from painful feelings and communicate more effectively. In my therapy and coaching sessions, I empower my clients to recognize their worth and celebrate themselves! I guide them in developing the emotional health skills needed to live their best, most fulfilling life!
